The Master Instructor Sensei
Sessum is a multitalented, Renshi with more than 40
years of martial art training.
A certified personal trainer, motivational speaker in addition to
promoting academic excellence and community service.
   
To many Combat Martial Arts training is needed only by those that are
involved with the stresses of military operations, high level security jobs
or the policing front. In fact, training with the intent of combat
allows one to experience a level of commitment and accountability to his or
hew own self development that provides a health outlet for the stresses of
every day life, the methodology aids the participants in working through
developmental issues by viewing the sessions as a process. Developing focus
in the midst of the turmoil of demanding training will afford the
student to learn to develop, maintain care and create an attachment to their
improvement in both mind, body and spirit. It can be so they continue
through their existence as the work becomes life changing techniques as the
student develops.
